Open Elevator

Our movable platform offers an economical solution for material transport at average heights of around 75 meters, where material handling takes precedence over personnel transport. It is available in façade elevator configurations with single-mast capacities of 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 kg, and double-mast capacities of 3000 and 4000 kg.

The CP H 300 model can be installed within or adjacent to scaffolding, enhancing efficiency during setup and dismantling as a dedicated scaffold elevator.

Standard goods hoists are classified under EN 12158 with roof protection, while under EN 16719, they are considered transport platforms. Under both standards, the cabin can operate at a maximum speed of 12 m/min when operated from inside, and up to 30 m/min when controlled externally.

The cabin doors are designed with three configurable access points — Loading, Service (unloading), and C Door — to facilitate side loading. When opened, the cabin door also functions as a guardrail.

When used as a goods hoist, material and personnel transport can be carried out more efficiently without the need for an operator, thanks to call and send buttons installed at ground level and floors.

Safety Equipment and Technical Features

  • Electromagnetic brake motor with gearbox: halts movement when power is cut.
  • Manual descent possible by releasing the brake lever in case of a power outage.
  • Parachute brake: engages a mechanical stop if nominal speed is exceeded, automatically activates and locks the cabin.
  • The parachute resets itself during upward movement and restricts downward motion via a switch when activated.
  • Overload protection: includes a display showing the nominal load and a system that prevents movement if the load is exceeded.
  • Base grille with limit switch stops operation in case of impact.
  • Floor protection with limit switch: provides additional safety by gradually reducing cabin speed during descent.
  • Upper and lower limit switches.
  • Emergency stop button.
  • Topmost red-painted terminal mast without rack teeth.
  • Metal sensor prevents the cabin from detaching from the mast.
  • Landing doors equipped with electromechanical locks and a switch system that prevents movement unless the cabin is at floor level.
  • Next-floor stop system enables floor-level planning for automatic stopping at the next floor.
  • Modular power unit allows for various cabin sizes to be used in elevator shafts and custom applications.
  • Optional frequency inverter for smooth start/stop and extended mast lifespan.
  • Optional PLC system for fault detection and remote access — enabling Smart Lift functionality.
